Robotic-Assisted Partial Nephrectomy

The procedure includes multiple keyhole incisions which are made in the kidney as opposed to large incisions which often end up being painful. Robotic-Assisted Partial Nephrectomy is beneficial as it spares the majority of the healthy kidney tissue and leaves the patient with almost zero complications in matters of blood and urine flow.

It also allows the surgeon to have a better-magnified view of the affected area and with such ideal conditions, it makes the surgery go even smoother. Moreover, partial nephrectomy can prove to be quite helpful to cancer patients as it prevents further complications such as the long-term risk of kidney failure.

•  Robotic-Assisted Radical or Total

Nephrectomy

In conditions where the tumor is abnormally huge Urologists often perform complete surgical removal of the affected kidney. The process is the same as that of partial Nephrectomy.
